Revamping the entire existing ecommerce store running on an older version of OpenCart with limited features to the latest stable version with features like advanced reporting, abandoned cart & more in a month time was challenging for us. We leveraged the scalability of Opencart ecommerce framework to extend the website functionalities.
Mr. Ranganath, owner of REMOTE COMPUTING TECHNOLOGIES approached us with an idea to revamp the existing ecommerce website. We have upgraded the website with better user interface and seamless user experience which in return increased customer engagement and overall sales by over 40%.
Our role was centred around converting the idea into a scalable solution. We looked over every stage of the CrazyPi – Retail ecommerce store customisation.
The design guideline was set with the intent of making the user experience seamless, so that the customer journey within the website is uninterrupted. We ensured the website is mobile responsive and made the entire customer journey engaging. We developed multiple custom plugins to offer – abandoned cart, notify me when available, advanced reporting & lot more.
