Job Brief
We are seeking a resilient, empathetic, and experienced Business Development Executive to help grow our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing clients, and keeping up-to-date with changes in consumer behavior.
Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by the company.
- Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and marketing.
- Attend networking events to research and connect with potential clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Create business proposals and contracts to increase revenue from clients.
- Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Client Acquisition and Business Development.
- Should have knowledge in digital / IT Sales & Marketing/presales/Lead Generation
- Must have good business analytical skills for client project requirements understanding
- Should have a knowledge/experience in bidding and proposal posting
- Should have knowledge/experience in Social Media Marketing
- Should be excellent at communication skills (written and verbal)
- Should be able to make reports and presentations
